“A minor wording change has been made to the Work to Residence instructions to remove an inconsistency which limits when work experience can be claimed for occupations that have been removed, or may be removed in future, from the Green List, Care Workforce sector, and Transport sector lists. The change means work experience can be claimed from when a person’s employment in an acceptable role began, as long as the occupation was included on the relevant list at some point during the 24-month work experience period.”
